Who we are
GYPTECH is the brand of Building Technology Limited (Taqniyat alBina Co. Ltd), established in 1990. Our head office is in Al Khobar, and we manufacture in our own facility in Dammam.
We take a system from design through manufacture, supply and installation, under one contract. The scope of our ISO 9001:2015 certificate covers toilet partition systems, HPL furniture, hospital laboratory furniture, hygienic and HPL wall cladding, acoustic ceiling systems and acoustic wall panels.
We work for main and fit-out contractors, consultants and facility owners across the Kingdom. We are a Saudi Aramco registered vendor (vendor code 10064288), with more than 20 years on Saudi Aramco projects.
We price from your BOQ or drawings, hold local stock and run our own fleet. Our crews install and hand over, and a technical contact stays with the job from first submittal to sign-off.
Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 by SISTEMA, valid to September 2027. We are a member of the Saudi Made programme, and our commercial registration number is 2051223793.

Mohammed Alhashim
Chief Executive Officer
Mohammed Alhashim leads GYPTECH (Building Technology Limited) as Chief Executive Officer.
He holds a bachelor's degree in software engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).
He is also an advisor with Monsha'at, the Saudi General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises.

Sales, engineering and management work from the Al Khobar head office. Manufacturing is in our Dammam facility, and our own crews install on site.
