Who we are
Building Technology Limited (Taqniyat alBina Co. Ltd), trading as GYPTECH, Sehamia Tower, Prince Sultan St, 5th floor, Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations.

What we collect
- Quote and contact forms: your name, company, work email, phone number, city, project sector and stage, the systems you are interested in, your scope description, whether you need supply only or supply and install, the month you need it by, and any files you upload (for example drawings, BOQs or photos).
- Website chat: the messages you send through the chat on this website (Pipedrive LeadBooster) and any contact details you choose to give in it.
- WhatsApp and phone: if you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, your number and the messages you send.
- Campaign and visit data: the advertising click identifiers and campaign tags in the link you arrived on (
gclid,li_fat_id,utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_content,utm_term), the first page you visited and the referring page. We keep these in a first-party cookie (up to 90 days) and in your browser's sessionStorage, and send them with your form. - Analytics and advertising cookies: Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. These use cookies and collect information about your device and browser, approximate location, the pages you view and actions such as clicks on phone, WhatsApp and datasheet links.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a system and quantity proposal.
- To record your enquiry in our customer relationship system (Pipedrive) and follow it up.
- To prepare and manage any quotation or contract that results.
- To measure which pages and advertising campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve them.
- To protect our forms from spam and misuse.
We process this data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form or start a chat, the steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf: Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads), LinkedIn (Insight Tag), Pipedrive (customer relationship system and website chat), our website host and our email provider. Some of these providers process data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; such transfers are made in line with the PDPL's rules on transfers. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records and uploaded files for as long as we need them to answer your enquiry and to manage any resulting quotation or contract, and for as long as the law requires for legal, tax and accounting purposes. After that we delete or anonymise them. The campaign cookie expires after 90 days. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to the retention settings of those services.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to be informed about how your data is processed, to access your data and obtain a copy, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to destroy it when it is no longer needed, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
To make a request, or to ask us to delete your data, email info@gyptech.com.sa with the subject “Personal data request”. We will reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website and its forms still work without them; we will simply not be able to tell which campaign brought you to us.

We may update this notice. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
