For hospital and clinic contractors
We make laboratory and clinical casework, toilet cubicles, vanity units and staff lockers for hospitals and clinics in our workshop, and supply and install the ceilings over corridors, wards and waiting areas. One team takes the package from submittal to handover, priced from your BOQ or room drawings.
Laboratories, pharmacies and treatment rooms need worktops, drawer units and storage that line up with the services, sinks and equipment positions on the approved room layout.
Corridors and wards need the space above the ceiling within reach: lay-in tiles lift out for access, and each ceiling is coordinated with the lighting, diffusers and services.
Patient washrooms and staff toilets follow the setting-out drawing, so cubicle doors, panels, hardware and vanity tops line up for a consistent finish.
Staff changing rooms, on-call rooms and theatre suites need numbered lockers with keypad, RFID or combination locks, fitted out to the room plan.
We make laboratory benches, base units and tall cabinets in our workshop to the approved room layout, and set out worktops, drawer units and storage around the services, sinks and equipment positions. Our crews install the casework, with finishes selected for the agreed design.

Toilet cubicles and urinal partitions are made in our workshop and installed to the washroom layout, with doors, panels and hardware coordinated with the setting-out drawing. Vanity tops are fabricated to the same drawing with their basin and tap cut-outs formed in the workshop, and under-sink cabinets conceal the trap and services behind an access door or removable panel.

We supply and install 600 × 600 mm ceiling tiles on grid, including perforated metal and clip-in tiles, and any lay-in tile lifts out for access above. Acoustic baffles and suspended clouds for corridors, waiting areas and receptions are made in our workshop, and every layout is coordinated with the lighting, diffusers and services.

Staff lockers and benches are made in our workshop to the room plan and installed by our own crews. Banks mix single-tier, two-tier and multi-tier columns, and locks are chosen per project: electronic keypad, RFID card or fob, or mechanical combination, with master-key emergency opening on the electronic options.

Yes. The scope of our ISO 9001:2015 certificate (SISTEMA) includes the design, manufacture, supply and installation of hospital laboratory furniture: view the certificate (PDF). We also hold ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certificates.
We supply and install the vanity tops, under-sink cabinets, hardware and fixings. Sanitaryware, tap sets, plumbing and traps, and the wall reinforcement for wall-hung units, come from others. The basin and tap cut-outs are formed in our workshop, to the setting-out drawing.
An electronic keypad, a compact or touch keypad, an RFID card or fob, or a four-digit mechanical combination lock, chosen per project. The electronic locks run on batteries and open with a master key in an emergency, and numbering, shelves, hooks and coat rods are fitted to the room plan.
Yes. Lay-in tiles lift out of the exposed grid, clip-in tiles release with a key tool, and baffle blades demount one at a time. Around a suspended cloud the soffit stays open, so the services above remain in view and within reach.
A BOQ, or the room drawings: the lab layout, the washroom setting-out drawing, the reflected ceiling plan and the changing-room plan. We supply and install the casework, washroom, ceiling and locker packages under one contract.
